This policy applies to all donations made to Kartavya Jivdaya Trust (Registration No. E/1549/MORBI).
How to donate
Donations can be made by UPI or bank transfer to the official account of the Trust shown on our Donate page. Always check that the account name is Kartavya Jivdaya Trust. We never ask for donations into a personal account.
Use of donations
Donations are used for rescue, treatment, medicines, food, fodder, shelter, construction of the Kartavya Nandi Ghar and the activities of the Trust. If you donate for a specific seva, it will be used for that purpose; if that need is already fully met, it will be used for the closest related need.
Receipts and 80G
To receive a receipt, send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp (75748 68886) with your full name, address, PAN and purpose of donation. Donations are eligible for deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, as per the rules in force. Cash donations above the limit allowed by law are not eligible for 80G deduction.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable. If you donated by mistake (wrong amount or duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days at 75748 68886 or kartavyajivdayakendra@gmail.com with the transaction details. After checking, a genuine error will be refunded to the same account, less any bank charges. Refunds are not possible once an 80G receipt has been issued and used.
Fraud warning
If anyone asks for money in the name of the Trust in any other way, please confirm with us on 75748 68886 before paying.
