About us
Compassion is our duty
The story, people and values behind Kartavya Jivdaya Trust.
Our story
How it began
Kartavya Jivdaya Trust was started by people from Morbi who could not walk past an animal in pain. A hurt dog on the road, a bird caught in a kite string, a cow hit by a vehicle: each one needed someone to stop and help.
Over time this grew into an organised effort with a 24/7 helpline, a small animal shelter and treatment for cattle. Today the trust is registered as a public charitable trust and is building the Kartavya Nandi Ghar, a permanent home for bulls and cattle.
